This is the dish I made recently for a Food and Wine Pairing at Dutton Goldfield Winery. Everyone loved it as I’m sure you will to!
~Caesar Salad with Homemade Sourdough Croutons
~ Fresh Pasta Rolls with Spinach, Shitake Mushrooms and Sun-dried Tomatoes in Fennel Broth
You will also learn variations on the Pasta Roll dish that you and your family will love. Both dishes are vegetarian and can be made vegan. If you are non-gluten, let me know and we will work with your needs.

This is a special, I’m back! class fee. $40.00, for the first 12 people. Classes are from 1:00 to 3:30 at (interestingly enough) my old cooking school location, which is now Caper’s Catering owned by my good friend and all-around wonderful person, Patti Stack.
