Oh my, I’m pretty sure this one is my favorite. The bowl started with raw ingredients: spinach and slivered kale, then diced carrots and red onions. Next came the cooked ingredients: parsnips, yams and cauliflower. Garbanzo beans were placed on top, then more red onions and the bowl was drizzled with a lime/curry vinaigrette.
