The Country's First!

Hi everyone!
Most of you know by now, but I wanted to write a quick note here letting everyone else know that Patty James Cooking School and Nutrition Center is the very first and only certified organic cooking school and nutrition center in the country. California Certified Organic Farmer's (CCOF) and the USDA were wonderful throughout this process which was new for everyone involved.
I have always used organic products and do not use toxic chemicals and now I can prove it! I am very proud to be the first and thank you all for your words of encouragement and well-wishes.
